TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY

  • 1. Start the day with a healthy breakfast. For a healthy breakfast you can eat fruits, eggs, not fried eggs, some vegetables and some whole wheat bread. Don't forget to drink water.
  • 2. In every meal try to eat always fruits and vegetables.
  • 3. Don't eat food with a lot of sugar or bad fats, as they don't give you energy.
  • 4. Exercise every day or move your body to help your muscles, lungs and heart to stay healthy.
  • 5. Be outside as much as possible, it is important for a good mood.
  • 6. When you go to sleep, don't use mobile phones or tablets, it is important to feel calm at night time to sleep well.
